If you come to the WTW now, you will find a brand new wardrobe area. We want you to feel fully arrived in the basin before diving, so we have completely redesigned and arranged the changing rooms. In addition to group changing rooms for ladies and gentlemen, there are also single and family changing rooms.

Where nature becomes relaxation

Just let your mind wander, this is possible in the new sauna garden with snail shell. On just under 1000 m2 of additional relaxation area our visitors will find relaxation in the nature after the sauna session. And not only during the day is the garden a real eye-catcher: At night it turns into a colorful sea of ​​lights, which makes the sauna visit a real highlight. Nature has also entered the saunas: our tropical sauna is now a herbal sauna - and you can smell it as you enter. This is ensured by herbal panels on the walls and, of course, herbal teas directly from the copper kettle.

Where it gets awkward easy.

You will notice an important innovation already before your visit. We have installed a new cash register system that will soon enable cashless payment throughout the whole spa. You can also conveniently open and lock your locker with a chip bracelet. So you only need money at the cash desk in the entrance area. If you want to buy something to eat indoors, for example, your order can be booked on a smart bracelet from autumn 2019 and you can pay at the end of your visit comfortably in the entrance area. The new POS system will also introduce new benefit cards. The previous cash value cards can be exchanged for a year, until June 1, 2020.

Not only on our new website, but also on site, visitors can already see from outside that something has happened at WTW: The new logo heralds a new era for the WTW. Among other things, with the fresh word mark, the spa world has reached a new level.
